Has anyone ever had the telephone answered other than to be picked up with no word spoken. Great first impression!

That's disappointing. We have only ever had a good experience. We have never phoned them though. 🛰

That's pretty surprising. We had a great experience; from calling ahead to the actual meal. I wonder if their PBX (the system that handles phone routing) connects a second too late, maybe be cutting off their greeting?
