WHY do I continue to come pick up groceries for a client, and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. This is the worst operation in Gainesville Fl. WALMART should step up their customer service.

Oh I know the answer to my daughter used to work at that one they disconnected the phone in the fitting room. I seen it first hand when I was in there the phone was ringing and the girl just unplugged it. My daughter said they did that because manager says most of the times it's somebody who wants to complain about the customer service. 🤣

This Walmart is the worst of the three in this county. It's pretty bad when management has changed 5 times in 4 years that in it's self should tell the story

I ended up LEAVING without groceries while the guy who was supposed to deliver them, stood outside my vehicle and smoked a cigarette with his buddies. I've already called and made a complaint. Hopefully, this kid who told me to "go away" will get some kind of talking to by a job coach.
