Hi Cammie, I'm a volunteer at the program. You must be uninsured and fit some financial criteria to be seen by a physician. Once seen, the doctors' will order the required tests that are at no cost to the patient. I hope this helps you. Also, the website is helpful http://shepherdshope.org/
