At this time, we are no longer scheduling appointments for COVID-19 testing. However, we provide outside testing for COVID Monday through Friday on a first-come, first-serve basis daily from 8a-10a. Please arrive early (7:30 am). A complete listing of our locations can be found on our website at www.mytruehealth.org. Please understand that it may take 4-14 days for results to come back from the lab. Once they are available, you will receive a call from your care team with the results. You will also be able to find them in the Documents section of the portal. If you have insurance, bring that information with you. I believe your best option would be to go in @ a True Health or call (but I sometimes think it's easier and less of a hassle to just go in to make appts and ask questions... Often you need to leave them a message to call you back, but it's not so convenient because they often call back when I am busy.... Not always the same day either... There is one central number for all of the area) True Health Hoffner Center is GREAT when I just bop in and set up appts or have a question 😇

True Health has a "sliding fee" for patients without income. It's a budget friendly option. I believe the lowest on the sliding fee is $20.00.... They can also help with Patient RX Assistance where you can get RXs for free or very inexpensive.... When you go in the first time, bring your paystub from the last couple of weeks, any other source of income (child support, alimony, social security benefits, etc. They will also need to see a valid picture ID as in FL drivers license OR FL STATE ID..... Docs are AMAZING @ True Health! ....Another option is a place called Sheppard's Hope. They are on a first come, first served basis.... And their services come to you with NO CHARGE..... they will find the pharmacy with the most least expensive RXs for you. I believe that they are open from 6-9pm Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs. Closed Friday.i would suggest being there by 3-3:30 to make sure you can be seen. The line starts fairly early and to guarantee that you are seen, you must be there EARLY :)
