Great Staff, great Doctors, great Professionals Services in all phases during my surgery. Thank you all. Especially Dr. Klein a wonderful and powerful Surgeon, Dr. Stewart for his great explanations on my upcoming anesthesia procedure. He was a very caring individual and he checked back on me to make sure I understood everything. Kudos to all at this Facility.

My hubby had open heart surgery at ORMC this morning. From the moment we walked in the door we were taken care of. Anything you can think of about the whole experience was handled beautifully. We never felt like a bother. Everyone was happy to help and needs were anticipated and handled professionally. Special shout out to Pam in the surgery waiting area. She noticed that I had not been updated on my husband for a while and she handled it without me asking. Just a wonderful experience all around. I highly recommend.

Those who were assisting with my father often gave the “I’m not sure” or “ I don’t know” answers to our questions. There were a few stand out nurses that went above and beyond. We greatly appreciate them. Floors of the south tower were a mess.

Even thought the only thing I will get from the owner is a response that if I would like the staff to follow up with me. The point is not with me! This statement is to create awareness of the conditions this hospital operates in the ER. I am pretty’s sure that would not waive my visits cost for the horrific experiences. This is the most horrible experience I had at a hospital from the beginning! At the front desk there is no empathy and compassion. The staff are rude and did not help. They do not have answers for you! The only thing they said is a wait time but they do not let you know you will be waiting for 12 hours! It will be good to let know the patient is a long wait so they can choose to stay or leave. They cannot do that because is about the money not the patient’s wellbeing!!! No matter if your are in pain, you have to wait no matter how you feels. If your dying of pain, you will definitely will die! One specific nurse was so rude and arrogant when you ask her questions that it was unbelievable! She needs to take a people skill training. No caring for the value of life! I am flabbergasted they way human being treated these days! Awful, Nasty and Uncaring hospital! Not only they do not care for you the hospital maintenance is horrible. While waiting for 12 hours I saw: A blanket on the floor for 4 hours and no one pick up. A patient bag was full of urine and wastes that spell on the floor. It took another 4 hours to some to clean up the mess. Everyone in the waiting room was exposed to the disgusting smell until it was clean! Never never ever again l will visit this hospital!l

It is not so easy to solve I have 14 days with my child and I could not see a good change
it looks like a refugee place full of people waiting to be assisted. No beds available, no doctors available.
This is a level 1 Trauma hospital. So heart attacks, strokes, stabbings etc go first
I have found ORMC to be a great place. I'm sorry you didn't find the same result
No sir I can't help with that one call the hospital for information

Main check in is on Underwood Street. Go through security check and the main guest services desk is right there. Your quest will get a picture label to put on their shirt.
Yes there is a limit of one and their is a family waiting room comfortable chairs and electric plugs
Help as in help you find? If you go to Orlandohealth.com you can search for a physician by specialty. Hope this helps🙂
I don't know. I have not heard about their pain clinic or addition therapy I go strictly for cardiopulmonary, renal issues.
Winnie Palmer Hospital. Google Dr's and then read up about the Dr's. It will give you where they went to school, what they specialize in, their rating etc. That's how I found 5 fantastic Dr's. What ever you do never ever take anyone to Osceola County. All of the hospital's and Dr's suck. Some Dr's that are out of Orlando area are starting to open up satellite offices in Osceola- Kissimmee and St. Cloud. But the ones that are only in this County stinks. Been here for 14 years and have never ever found a good one here. That's why I travel all the way up to Orlando.
At least 25

Yes, of course. All public buildings have to have handicap parking
In many, if not all the rooms ( except for the Er and maybe ICU rooms ) there is a fold away bed with room for 1. I hear is comfy. Plenty of blankets and pillows
Yes
Call the records department and they will prepare them for you to pick up. They charge unless a doctor's requests them.
The worst hospital I've EVER been to staff in emergency room is horrible very mean waited 8 hours just to be seen and im in terrible pain and. These people did not care at all i do not recommend this hospital ro anyone ever!!
Call the front desk and ask to be transferred to David Strong. He's the president of the hospital. But if you are having problems call the unit you were on and ask to speak the unity manager.
24/7 365. But the nurses might kick you out of the room if it is interfering with patient recovery. Also if the Patient is in a procedure they will be unavailable for visits during that time
