I have a bad tooth that needs IMMEDIATE medical treatment. I called up to schedule an appointment. They told me it was walk-ins only for dental. I took an unpaid day off of work just to go to this clinic. I got turned away saying they stopped doing dental work there even though they had JUST told me on the phone to come there for a walk-in.

Very inconvenient!!! These people don’t communicate. A simple phone call could prevent someone from driving from place to place. Never again.

I have no problem with health services, but this place is so unprofessional. You tell the patient they have blood work that needs to be done,but you don't tell them you fast until the appointment. Now I have to get a new appointment because of your mess up. Thanks
