Like everything else it's a hit or miss.. unfortunately customer service has taken a big hit
Their service has suffered greatly with the new management. They are even rude to customers in store.
Wow, sorry to hear your bad service. Ryan Holder, Samsung expert, tv's is great, Kyle was great in laptops, SherriAnn in Geek Squad, very helpful and Ryan in phone department was really helpful in saving me money on our cell phones.
Horrible service I have spent thousands there but no more can not get anyone to help been there for over 20 min waiting on help at.least twice I no longer go there I even asked for a manager no one came
The only way you're going to get satisfaction it's go down to the store where you bought it and see the manager that's the best way they blow you off on the phone
