Went in on Sunday to buy a new laptop. Was on sale that day. Went home to read about then returned to purchase. Sales associate stated sale was off. I asked if I could still get it at sale price. He said no I should have bought when on sale. I told him I would buy elsewhere and left. We have bought over 8,000 in appliances from best. They have had their last sale to me. I went elsewhere and spent more than the today price at Best Buy

I like alot of what best buy does because you don't have to wait for shipping but they also don't like to have things overstocked so could be sold out. I enjoy new computers, Beats headphones, security for my home and I recently signed up for geek squad protection. The only problem I've had was with their credit card. It was because I would pay a lump sum of my debt one month not understanding the next i still had to pay $25 even if i paid $200 the previous month so they canceled my card and put it on my credit. To me that's a bit drastic if you see someone paying bigger quantities they should still get credit or extra time and just take it as you received the $25 eight times. Resolve that issue and I'm sure people will be better off with your credit card but until then I recommend the one you already have through your bank and if you don't go get one.

I visited Best Buy on the 4th of July to check out their sale and was met by Thor who was very knowledgeable about the televisions I was shopping for. He gave me a couple different choices and was able to answer the questions I had for him with no hesitation. Hats off to you Thor, you are definitely the man when it comes to ANYTHING to do with tech. Anyways the delivery and install was also seamless with Bill and Ryan!! They were very personable and knowledgeable as well. I strongly advise buying the install plan that’s $200 bucks because it covers any install for a year I think, AND gave me a 2 year warranty on the 85 inch Samsung I bought :) I don’t know if that’s a special or what just get with Thor he will fill you in. Thanks Thor, Ryan and Bill for making my purchase and install perfect! It really couldn’t have been any easier from start to finish…..

To begin, I ordered a TV for my godfather and had trouble locating my order. Ashley, the manager on duty, was of great help having helped me out with a stereo quote for my truck and subsequently got me underway. She offered to help me out which I politely declined. Also, I was greeted by Rob, who I used to work with. Talented individual and has lots of potential from my experience working with him. Last but not least, because of the level of service, I ordered a new deep chest freezer. Thank you very much for all the positive experiences. You've earned a lifetime customer.

No, that is a very old system. You would need to look for it as a used item at garage sales, Ebay, or at a local reseller game store.
