Our community fee package ranges depending on if you are on a Waterfront lot or not. The community fee package for 2018 ranges from $634.80 to $734.80 and includes the land lease, water, sewer, curbside trash collection, lawn maintenance, property taxes, use of all our community amenities and internet if you purchase the equipment.
