Very clean and well managed mobile home park this has easy access to shopping, medical and major traffic routes. It is supposed to be pet free but I have seen many well behaved pets there. It is basically a retirement community. It does have a pool and shuffle board but no courts for ball playing.

Some of them I think. My dad just bought one of their lots and now owns that lot and the trailer on it plus it part share owner.

It's a 55+ retirement community. I don't think they have rentals. My mother just happens to own one

There are currently two "for rent" signs in the park, however, they are not handled through the office. Under park rules, there is a 3 month minimum and a 6 month maximum.
