Technically the answer is no, but I see dogs there all the time. The best place for dogs is just south of Lover's Key at "the dog beach".

Oh .. guauuuu ... I don't really know... because... I was visiting that beautiful beach for 3 days and I never seen any pet ... cat or dog around ... and didn't see either the plastic bag pole container for that purpose ... so ... I guess you may try there is nothing wrong with that ... anyway... is very popular to go with your pet almost everywhere... blessings
