Yes absolutely, on leash. Across the street is the Naples Dog Park, which has a large and small dog area which are off leash. 🐾🐾
I see them there but not very often so I assume that they are allowed.
Whether they were in the water park or not, the park is not safe for small children unsupervised as the park is a little more for older kids.

I don't think you have to rent them. I think there are 3 or 4. But check with the City

Yes, they built a new boat dock just to the north of the bridge.
