Why can't I access the bike path that runs along the West side of the park.? It looked like they're was a security gate asking for membership card.???

How does one get access to the pelican bay

You have to live in Pelican bay to get in there. You can walk across the pass onto the beach at Pelican bay but only do it when the tide is out as there is a strong current

Try the greenway the only thing that's missing from there is the beach it is quite beautiful I highly recomend it

That is the Pelican Bay access. Clam pass allows bikes only to the parking lot.
