Well I live in Waverly with my mother and I work at zaxby's I'm trying to get a place of my own and convenient for me to get to work

I'm looking to rent a 1 or 2 bedroom... Are there any available

That's a lie they are not always out back smoking and if this person came eight times with money I'm sure they would have gotton in a trailer as far as where you park you do have your own parking area at your home what's in your yard because this trailer park is not a dump you can't have just anything outside your trailer the office manager gets to keep our park clean and get workers working on it at all times so apparently you don't know what your talking about I've lived here three years and love it here and love our park manager

Good luck catching them in the office they are only required to be in office for 5 hours a day according to maintenance

Yeah the manager is always around, but very rarely in the office most likely smoking at the back of the office, lunch starts about 40 minutes early and it ends about 20 minutes late and at 2:45 pm her shift has ended, plus they are always messing about: 1- Where you park. 2- Whats outside of your trailer( even if it is your washer and dryer ) 3- They have forgotten about payments two of my friends have made and even with the receipt is been hell to demonstrate they did. I my self have been there more than 8 times with money in hands to try and buy a mobile home but all of this spooked me away and i am glad it happened. But it is always up to you to go and apply
