We are actually living in Puerto Rico and we need help with our daughter that has Depression with psychosis, ADHD and Oppositional Disorder. We have a second home in Orlando. Do we have to be residents of Florida? She has Medicaid from PR.

You do not need to be a florida resident. But please pick another facility to go to as this one is completely bad. The staff are mentally ill and they let minors go without parental consent.
