The worst service everrrrr. First of all my uncle renewed tags for three cars in JUNE! but one had a toll so tag wasn't released. Ok, that's fine took care of toll. Called tax collector and was informed appointment was needed. Went to appointment and was told we had to pay AGAIN. Emailed tax collector and was told, oh no you have to contact this number. Contact number, oh no it's this number and ext. 9999 + another number. I did as instructed and it's been voice-mail since. Also, the other number they gave us, the lady answered the phone so unprofessional that I thought I had the wrong number. She told me to call the original number again and if I couldn't get a hold of someone to call her back. Called back and it went straight through VM. I think she blocked my number that very same day. Anyway, tax collector and OATA are both heist schemes. They've been holding on to my poor uncle's money since June and no tag. Edit:Emailed them a week ago and noone reached out. What is going on in that place. They post pictures of a room full of happy working staff, but nothing is getting done.

I don't usually leave reviews but had to in this case to commend how wonderful Janet was at the call center. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me figure out a complicated situation with a title. Truly cannot thank her enough, this was the best DMV experience I have ever had!

As soon as I came in, greeted by doorman, very polite, welcoming and friendly. Followed by and outstanding service provided by Laritza. Man, hands down. What ever they did with her training, they need to keep up. Highly knowledgeable, very polite, efficient, courteous and professional. Definitely a 5 stars on my book!

Originally went and my appointment was cancelled since I never got any of the the texts on T-Mobile. I was added back into the que as a rejoin and said 2 1/2 hour wait. I had other things to do and left. I was forced to go back due to an issue with an inherited car the following week. This time the texting worked and was able to get it resolved. Rana was great and actually saved me another trip since she was able to tell me where to get prior documents on the Geico app that were needed rather than coming back with them later. Rana is a 5 and very patient and helpful! Marking less than 5 stars due to the texting issue.
