Very difficult to contact someone in there office. the lady that was taking care of my dad went on vacation and the very first day was of the called me to tell that they are working on a replacement. I informed them that they knew this in advance and now this puts me in a bad situation by I need to go to work, that's why I'm here writing this review waiting for the out come.
