Thanks to the Gencare team and Lisandra Torres for the good treatment of nurses and good services.

This Agency has neither ethics nor professionalism , the staff all discriminate against Hispanics , today June 13 I call to speak with human resources and the uneducated Lisandra Ortiz answers and gives her version and gets hooked . I have been waiting for weeks for the services of my children 3 disabled children and I, having an HHA, change it to serve their chosen ones, leaving me without service in the middle of surgery, what is tomorrow? However, the most stupid excuse they give is that there is no person because previously... a complaint was made to the state ACHA for other irregular situations that were threats, among others, from other office and company personnel. Gencare Research .. I call for an investigation to be made to this agency, at the Federal level.

Excellent company, I started with them as an HHA independent contractor in 2018, they were always professional, and they answered all my questions, now in 2022 I started with them as an employee of GenCare Resources, this company offers great opportunities for job growth, all of us who work here do with love our work, and we fight to get the benefits they need for attention and care at home.

I have been working for this company since 2019. It is a very solid company. I like the way the employees treat us. We are Family. My job is to help those parents who need their children to be well cared for and protected, while they go to work. My department is PCS & APD and I am here to help you. / I have been working for this company since 2019. It is a very solid company. I like the way the employees treat us. We are a family.
