I give this place a Zero star. After 1 1/2 hr waiting for my partner to be taken care inside, to see the dentist, he came out with x-rays being taken, nothing else. They obviously want to charge Medicaid for treatment that they did not perform. Ninety minutes on a dentist chair to have xrays taken is ridiculous. He was told that he has 8 decays, pure BS, his teeth are awesome!!! They saw him two weeks ago and never reported that he had the extra 7 decays. Besides all this, after patiently waiting for 1.5 hr at the lobby, when I asked to go inside and check on my husband to see why it was taking soooo long, I was told at the front desk that I couldn’t go in, and my husband does not speak English, so he had to go by what the dentist assistant was telling him, since the dentist only speaks English, but they would not let anyone in to help translate for the patient. Pure BS. UNA MIERDA on the front desk , not professional or diligent, completely uncaring for the people sitting there. There was a patient crying of pain, who asked the front desk for s glass of water, response? “ there is a water fountain in the hallway “, so much for patient care. This was around 5:30 pm, office closes at 6 pm, they were not busy st all, three ladies doing absolutely nothing since around 5 pm, two of them joking snd chatting about their personal stuff, but they couldn’t get a drink of water to a patient in excrutiating pain??? Come on!!! Most importantly, they had zero patient come in after 4:30 pm. The place was empty, except for me waiting and the lady in pain. Higiene at the lobby is not good, place was dirty. Will never set foot in that office again. Will look for second opinion on the dentist 8 decays report.

Horrible, they had me come back 3 separate times when my daughter was in tooth pain. Due to the fact that they were unorganized. I ended making an appointment and and waited an hour before my daughter was even seen.

Do not come here! Staff is disrespectful! I had a really bad experience with them! Poor communication. Staff love to discriminate against other people. No respect at all! This is the second True Health location and the same bad experience! I won’t come here anymore! Need to definitely complain to the Orlando Health Department. This is not good!

We no longer do COVID testing at our Airport and Southside locations. If you have insurance, bring that information with you. We will file that with your insurance company and there will be no cost to you and If you are uninsured, there will be no cost to you. If you have further questions, please let me know. Yes you are able to be treated with children in your care but if they are young children you would need to have someone to watch them while you are being seen because we don't have the staff to monitor the children while you are in the chair and it will be difficult for you to monitor them as well.

We offer a slide fee cost based on his income and family size. You would have to visit one of our locations to be given the correct fee amount. He can also call and set up an appointment to speak with one of our CAC Rep.
