Horrible!!!! 2019 return was rejected electronically last year - mailed it 3/26 certified mail stamped receipt by IRS 4/8/2021 and still no info on my return and trying to get a hold of a human being is impossible and trying to get an appointment is the same IMPOSSIBLE. At this point I should be entitled to interest and late fees the same way they collect when a person owes them. No info is found on online either at where's my refund. This is ridiculous.
