You have a responsibility to pay child support for those kids bc you helped create them REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU GET TO SEE THEM. They're your responsibility too. Not just hers. As far as visitation, you have to ask yourself if it's actually best for the kids to have you in their lives or if it's about what YOU want. I know my son hasn't seen his father in 12 years. He's a stranger. It would be like putting him in a stranger's house. All bc some man thinks he's a toy. He's a human life. You don't pay to play. You pay as long as he's a child, whether you see him or not. Whether his mother has a new man in her life or not. They're YOUR responsibility. I'm not trying to be rude but that's why Florida has 2 separate courts: 1 for child support and 1 for visitation. They're totally separate issues. Good luck with your kids though. I hope you can sue for visitation ( since you pay child support you shouldn't have problems, as long as there aren't other issues). Good luck πŸ’œ
