Allow 4 oz raw salmon per person. My favorite is blackened. Yum! Hot grill blacken spices, flip to skin side & finish slowly. Serve large blackened 1/2 salmon on platter. Allow diners to cut pieces to taste. Decorate platter edges with parsley & lemon slices.

Grill probably but it's going to be a bit pricey, and it depends how big each fillet will be, if it's on the smaller side people might want more than one
