I called and talked to "John" from India and couldn't understand him. I also felt uncomfortable because of the amount of fraud going on. I switched insurance companies which entailed Allstate sending me a refund and I had to put money back in my escrow to pay Farmers. I also need a new escrow analysis done. There aren't any service departments or managers I could talk to, just a guy in India I can't understand that works at a call center.
Hi there! Due a huge transfer of loans the hold times have been long. They do not anticipate this always being the case. It's my understanding that they are hiring additional staff. Best time to call is 8 AM CST on the dot.
They are open. I work in the building and just walked by their suite. People are inside. I would say keep trying!
