I have been calling mid America mortgage over n over, spending hours on the phone to make my mortgage payment, there is never an answer. What is going on?

I know that they have a website that you can make your payments on and you can mail your payments in too. They also just transferred 30K loans from their previous servicer and everyone is calling them. They're not going to be any late charges or any reporting for 60 days from 11/01/2019 during this transfer process. I hopes that this helps you.

Their Customer Service is nonexistent. Refinance somewhere else if you can.
