I have been with this company for a few years and I am so satisfied.

With all the bad reviews I've seen. I am more convinced that they are a scam, garbage if I could give zero stars I would. It has been more than four months since a driver insured with this disclaimer that Falcon Insurance agency hit me destroying my car and they have not wanted to pay me, they always have a different excuse. They told me that their driver was excluded but they always contradicted themselves in what they said. And since I knew they were lying, I had to contact the man who hit me and said that it was false and went to his agency. And then I went with them and they also told me that if it is insured they don't know why they don't want to pay. He communicated with them and they don't even pay us. That's been over two months They still say that they are reviewing the files, they are not ashamed to continue lying. They do not deserve to have an agency, they are deceiving people into believing that they are insured, and that is not the case. According to the reviews I see that everyone invents a different story. Besides they give a lousy service I have lost so much time that you cannot imagine. Please stay away from this disgraceful company and keep your families and friends away. If they don't solve anything for me this week, I'm going to take into account the suggestions that some are giving me. They should be on the news so everyone knows. and think twice to allow this "company" to scam you.

Honestly this is the first insurance I’m ever in and its because my mom has had them for years and told me she’s always had good experiences. But when I tell you that is far from what I went through. They were super unprofessional since the first day. They took almost a week since I reported my accident. They never offered me a rental car, they never bothered to give me a call back regardless of the countless voice mails I left, and even when I was able to get in touch with someone it was like I had to make sure they were happy with me instead of them treating me right. However like 5 different people kept calling my mom and when we would call back less than 2 minutes after they could never ever pick up my calls. Sonia Estrella was THE ONLY person that ever bothered to call me back and she honestly was able to answer my million questions that rightfully had to he answered. She wasn’t the nicest person ever but she was more professional than anyone there. It’s safe to say my mom and I will get out of this insurance.

Worse ever I have been trying to contact them since may 13th they some how manage to leave me sort voice message and since then I haven’t got hold of them they have been hanging up on me after 22 mins of hold or more or less and it has been days they are tossing me and ignoring me need help please I even talked to Elizabeth claim adjuster and all other people Elizabeth never answers and I get hung up other they say their job is to forward call only so while their system is jacked up like scammers company to rob other people money
