I made a free payment today over phone. 1.5 hour wait. Then I find out it will post to my January payment because LoanCare has NOT sent it to them and it is a month later.Now isn't that something!
I have tried to call 5 times, 2 hours each time. No one answers. I am not in bankruptcy. I have emailed many times no response. I did not receive any mail from mid America mortgage. How should I rate mid America mortgage? It is great that you answer on Google. It would be better if people answered the phone or email.
All welcome letters were sent to borrowers no later than Dec 10th. The letter gave you all of the info needed to make your payments. If you are in Bankruptcy u will need mail in you payments. If not you can do to www.midamericamortgage and select Account Connect at the very top of screen. Then setup your online account. You will you name, address, new loan (not loancare's number), ssn that is on file. If that fails please call the customer service number. Best time to call is 8am on the dot.
