I haven't see anymore offices able to accept cash anymore. Card and licence should be under same name and address as one of the drivers.
They accept credit or debit card, some locations allow cash rentals, but call to make sure you have all the documents they require like insurance, utility bill, etc..
I use my bamk debit card i seen them.allow prepaid vards at the Hesperia location on Jasmin rd. Their pretty helpful!
They have only let me use a major credit card Ive rented 6 times during the past year and only credit cards and valid dl Here in hesperia,ca
driver's license, major credit or debit card. if you use a debit card, I think you might need to provide additional documents
