it's the kind of place where they are making their problems your problems. had a reservation, nothing was ready, dude behind the counter didn't know what they were doing, colleague replaced incompetence with attitude. got out of there 1 hour late. never again.

This enterprise is my go to spot. The staff are all very kind, helpful and professional. Even the lady who gave me a ride home. Very safe driver and super kind..I appreciate the constant communication I get from the staff, even calling me at home to let know the status of availability. Your not just sitting there waiting with no communication. I had to rent a car 3 times in 3 weeks and Glenna and Efren were extremely helpfully, making sure I was taken care of in a speedy manner, so I didn't miss work.. Thank you Enterprise for helping me have less stress while waiting for my own car!!!

Horrible service. I asked the female if she can get me out of her office by 430pm mind you I waited for more than 1hr. It's now gonna be 5pm and still waitting. Don't commit to a time frame when a minor needs to be picked up before 5pm. This was told to the employee which. She told me she would get me out by 430pm. Nope I'm defenetly gonna try the competitor. Not satisfied at all.

Love Enterprise Rent-A-Car Hesperia! Staff are very professional and friendly. Their pick-up and drop-off service are perfect for me since I travel alone nowadays. The Compact SUV (Jeep Trail Hawk 4x4) that I got was in good shape. It was a tad big for me, but I managed to drive it safely LOL. The return service went well. I was a tad short from half a tank of gas and they waived it for me. Thank you! There was one thing that could be improved. I had scheduled for pick-up at 8:30 AM, however, I didn't get picked up until 9:30 AM because they had made a detour to pick up a car or something along the way. They didn't call me to tell me they were going to be late. Please call your customer should you be late so they're not waiting for you outside. Other than that, everything else was fine and all went smooth. Thank you Enterprise!

Let them know ahead of time, so you won't have to wait 20 mins. They will even pick you up...... Major airports have shuttles to their office near by....
I haven't see anymore offices able to accept cash anymore. Card and licence should be under same name and address as one of the drivers.

It depends on which location you rent from and when. Often, Enterprise will offer very low weekend deals during certain times of the year, especially in big cities. It's best to check their website and/or call the exact location where you're planning to rent to learn about their current specials.
Usually if you don't show after 24 hours it cancels itself. You can also call 800# from reservation confirmation.
