This place is too good to be true....the parking is horrible..12 dollars for convenience "" it was so full i had to wait 36 mins..and at the end found no parking...they have the audacity to tell me if you park on the street we will refund your money.

Parking was horrible just to drop some one off. The elevate was out of order had to walk upstairs to room assistant was not offered, i did not stay. Will not go back to that location again.

Parking is a problem at the Focus hotel. Try parking for free in the industrial park up the street from there....but it can be a long walk back to hotel. I do it often.

I took an uber from the airport to the hotel to stay overnight as our flight was cancelled. So I had know issues with parking. But from my experience, parking is an issue everywhere in San Francisco. I once stayed downtown and had to pay $100 for parking at an upscale hotel, one the street mind you, only to wake up to a ticket for parking in a spot on street sweeping day.

Try to find something cheaper then. You have the right to cancel and get a full refund within 24 hours and go find another place right? I've been using the hotel and its facilities over a year now and I've never had a problem. How many times have you been to that hotel? Once? That's the best price for your money around San Francisco area. And by the way I drive a vehicle that's probably five times larger than yours and I don't have trouble parking it. Good luck to you
