Our stay here was OKAY, we had a nice room until I saw roaches in the bedside table. The front desk concierge was very nice and move us to a different room immediately. Breakfast is served from 6-9 AM and they serve reasonable foods. The lady that prepares the food is very nice and very hardworking.

We stayed here on a stopover in San Francisco, and it has been a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a good position, fairly close to the airport and right behind downtown. The room was clean and in our experience fairly quiet. The bed was especially comfortable: maybe it's because we were jetlagged, but we had what has probably been our best sleep in a hotel room in a long while. The breakfast was good: there are self service waffle makers which we perused, as well as your usual selection of cereals and oats. I am knocking down one star, because the free shuttle service to and from the airport only operates during certain hours, and it's no good if your flight arrives between 9AM and 6PM: we had to get a cab to arrive there. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

It's a great place to stay very close to the airport. When I first checked in, I felt the place was torn down but when you see the rooms it's really nice and very clean. Great customer service and they gave early check in and late check out accommodating my flight timings. They do also have a shuttle service that runs from 5 to 10 am and then 6 to 10 pm (pics attached). The breakfast is decent, not fancy but traditional sausage patties, eggs, waffles with great coffee. The yogurt refrigerator was always empty lol. I stayed for a week here and it's next to the railway station and downtown with great restaurants. It's away from the city but a quiet place and you can travel to the city through train. Great place to stay and explore things around. The one thing I didn't like was the room service, I had to request front multiple times to have a room service and they finally came on the fifth day lol. Check out the picture for the shuttle timings and please look for hotel shuttle courtesy in each terminals to board on the shuttle. I didn't know this but I was able to catch the shuttle somehow.

Very dirty. See images attached. Felt unsafe: my door did not close properly. See image. Very noisy. It’s bound on all sides by noisy transport: by frequently used train tracks on one side, high speed road on another, and the airport’s constantly in/out planes above. Found out the trains are the BART trains- which is local metro. This means that there are many people on site who don’t have rooms and are rifling through trash. Police were present one morning in the lobby. Internet was VERY spotty. I could not take any Teams calls on my laptop and had to use my cell phone to call into meetings.
