The worst fed ex center in SF, it’s like the staff there is clueless. Two of my packages where at this facility they only put one for delivery, and kept the other. I requested to hold it well in advance they don’t. My packages were supposed to be delivered yesterday nothing. I hate this fed ex if you avoid this place.

I have order three packages and i wasnt home to collect the pacel. therefore i called fedex in advanced to hold the packages but they didnt help. To my surprise, the 3 delivery were shown as delivered and signed while no one at home. I think already did my very best to call in advanced to avoid something unhappy would happen, but still fedex was very irresponsbile and lost my package and just let anyone random to sign the package. it is very disappointing

They claim they deliver but the cameras show otherwise then are only open during rush hour to pickup but don't reliably have anyone working those hours. Lying is part of the culture and i assume it prevails the whole corporation. Don't hire anyone that's worked at this fulfillment center.
