After waiting on hold for 36 min for customer service to get the phone number to this store & then you call 5 times & the voice recording says to come by to give the personnel experience & training is contradictive to what they do. Was told by the 800# person to go in, no appt needed, the voice mail to come on in, which they never pick up, but when you get to the store they turn you away! The guy said "BY APPT ONLY" really. Thanks for nothing. What is happening to you Verizon, over 20 yrs of loyalty & this is the service I get?

Be careful. Verizon lies about their coverage and has a poor customer service on weekends!
