Unfortunately you have to be 12-18 for kuumbwa's jazz camp. The music departments at Cabrillo and UCSC have summer music programs and may have something you can get into. Calling is probably best because they may also know of similar events in the region
Ask at Sylvan Music. They have a lot of connections in the music community.
