The cookies just weren't that good. I almost feel bad saying it, because maybe I got a bad batch? They were kind of mealy/crumbly and I didn't feel compelled to finish them, which is an insane thought from a cookie lover like myself. I also tried 6 different styles, and none were particularly crave worthy. They did come out warm and pretty quickly when we ordered, though, so that's nice. But I ended up wishing we had made cookies at home instead.

Good idea ordered here before, but last night my cookies were not cooked all the way through. My gingersnap cookies just feel apart and stuck to the paper this morning. Not too happy with this order this time.

What a smart and savvy business. They deliver cookies and ice cream to people in the Santa Cruz area between the hours of 7pm to 2am. I’ve ordered off them twice and love the convenience of having warm cookies delivered straight to your door. I gave them 3 stars because I’m not totally in love with their cookies. They’re good but not great. I personally love Pacific Cookie Company but they don’t deliver. Cookie Cruz is also on the pricey side but you can’t really complain when you’re getting sweets delivered in the wee hours to your front door.

Matt the owner is so responsive to his customers! Great customer service, user-friendly website and HIGH QUALITY cookies. The website is very clear on hours of operation and menu choices. I personally love the snickerdoodles. I haven't tried the Sushi yet but I'd like to. I had an event at 12pm last Saturday and he took the order over the phone Thursday night and delivered them to the event Saturday in labeled boxes. He did exactly what he said he would do and I am a VERY satisfied customer. I will absolutely order from here again.
