Manager doesn't require any deposits other than the two dollar fee at check in. But lots of hidden fees, if staying in summer, pay more and stay at the resort hotel down the street. You will thank yourself later. 25 dollar fee, per pet, per night. He forgot to put that on website.
They charged us a $50 smoking deposit...we received it back the next day but I thought it was weird because I recommended this place to my best friend who went two nights later and didn't have a fee.... Now I feel like they automatically assumed that we were going to smoke because my husband has dreads.... I don't know the guys name but he was of middle eastern descent
No who served you at desk? If not Roger or Asian guy forgot his name. But no weekends starting Friday is when prices normally go higher. Did you have a pet as well with you? If so that's where the 50.00 came from it's 25.00 a day, but they will work with you. I personally know the owner I stay there every summer. Would need more info to direct you to right person to ask why 50.00 more.
