They have a gift shop; dog and cat related that they sell items that are donated to help pay the vet bills and utilities. They always take donations of pet food blankets towels etc.

We do have a small store to buy things like dog jackets, leashes, beds, and animal-themed items like plates, etc.
I don't know about a thrift shop? But like any shelter you could always make a donation.
