I snapped my old LensCrafters frames in half about 3 weeks ago. I managed to get there the same day before closing, but they didn't have them in stock anymore and my prescription wasn't valid anymore. They were able to give me an appointment for the following morning and exactly 2 hours later, I was home with my new frames. I think if my old frames were available and I had my prescription, I would've been able to walk out with my new old frames.
