It's under reconstruction, that's why there's a fence around it. You can't go into the towers complex currently, but you can see it from the perimeter and visit the museum.

They are just closed, not vandalized. The many color variations that could be seen as graffiti is the mosaico style he used. It is very colorful and most of all, unique

No, it has not been vandalized! It could use a lil' upkeep but that's all! Ask the city government ( council members ) to do something about it if it is not up to par!

No it's not vandalized, just need some up keep . Because of natural wear and tear over the years

Michele Kerr | Sep 8, 2018

It's not vandalized. There is a fence around then and you cannot walk amongst them because of the natural decay that is happening.

My experience is the immediate area is somewhat unkempt, but not vandalized. I agree with @jwayne2k in that I would not visit "off hours". But definitely worth a visit.

No, the grounds are very well kept. It is currently under restoration but ordinarily you can walk amongst the towers.

Its a nice place but the towers themselves are closed for renovation and you can only take a short tour from outside the boundary wall.

The vandalism is minor it's no Yosemite but it's still a state park looks well kept and safe. Furthermore I was born and raised in the area I didn't see any games still would not recommend hanging out at night.
