Yes it's safe. By it is the hood so you take that chance. Use the buddy system.

Don't even bother. It's not a "Shall Issue State", which amounts to the disorder that comes with such policies. You can see it from a car, but it's not worth being harmed. Use common sense.
It's totally safe. Went with a friend & we met two lovely local ladies. Spent about an hour talking about the towers & the neighborhood. I think we made one of the neighbors slightly uncomfortable & he came out & watched us from his driveway for a little while. But that's understandable. It's got to be hard living so close to a tourist spot like that. We just kept the noise to a minimum. As long as you're respectful you should have no problems at all.
I would say yes. The hardworking people surround the park and wouldn't let anyone get hurt

It's relatively safe. Obviously, goibg on a tour, or as part of a group is optimal. If you're going alone, or just a few together, go before noon... 8am, 9am, 10am are the safest times, Don't let anyone fool you, or drown you in virtue signaling. Watts is still watts, and you don't want to be in the middle of someone else's turf war.
