They people there are friendly and yes very French. Love it!!!!
That really surprises me, too. However, if you're looking from a reply from the owner or the company, this isn't where you'll get it. This is a forum for customers to answer other customers questions, not a place that the companies themselves frequent.
Hmmm, I haven't been buying bread from them for as long as you, but I have only ever been treated in a courteous and friendly manner by staff at this store. Maybe you could be more specific and detailed and tell us what you mean by, "arrogant French attitude"?
