Im glad to see so many positive reviews. My experience was not so good. I found dealing with the front office staff frustrating and confusing. If you're interested in details: I called to say i was i had been stuck in a construction zone and i would be late for my 9am appt. I was told, after being on hold, to rescedule. I held for the resceduling desk, who told me my appt was really at 9:20. I could be there by then. After going back on hold i was told to come on in. At 9:21 i was waiting by the check in desk waiting to be checked in by a woman who was wandering around with a form in her hands for several minutes. She finally looked up from her form about 4 or 5 minutes later and spent several more minutes trying to locate my record. Once she finally found my record, she told me i was too late and had to reschedule. I protested saying i was there at 9:21, one minute after my appointment time. She told me she was just following orders. I asked to speak with someone else. I was then told me that my appointment was really at 9:10 and not 9:20. And at this point it was almost 9: 30 and I needed to reschedule, something I would have already done had I not been told I should come ahead to be there at 9:20. Having such a difficult time scheduling a simple screening with the PA, I had no confidence that I would be able to use that facility for something as involved as a surgery and got a referral to a different office.

From the Front door through the whole office to the exit was a pleasure . Just everything & everyone in this office has smiles onto personality. What a beautiful clean well organized office to be part of even if lm just the patient passing through . Thank goodness for my referral’s I’m so Blessed. I do know lm getting great care. Even on short timeframe or not . Nice to have a beautiful setting. Thank you y’all’s for taking me on your busy schedules.! Judy Bedient

Michael Grafe is the best of the best. Broke my wrist and needed surgery. Wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it.
