Not happy with only receiving one set of silverware with one napkin. Who only uses one napkin?The servers spend more time grabbing napkins then clearing the tables and refilling drinks. We’ve been customers for several years but this might change.

Actually I always go there and they have tour own napkin holder where you can have unlimited napkins

I'm sorry, Melissa. That must be annoying. It's possible that it's a cost-cutting factor; however, I'm sure that if you ask your server for an additional x number of napkins when you meet that you'll receive them. Ricky, that sounds reasonable. What did the manager say when you asked?

I was just at Golden Corral on 02/09/18 and i noticed also that they had taken away the napkin dispenser which usually sits on the table. And i had also noticed that they no longer leave the silverware out for you to get yourself when you grab your plates. They now have your silverware on the table in a paper sleeve. Im only guessing that it must be bcuz of safe food handling reasons but im not sure.
