No. Reservations are only made by phone. And reservations are for 3 or more persons. For a group of 2 or for just one - only walk-ins.
I don't believe so. They don't respond to social media messages or google reviews (tried that approach thinking for sure they would see it and be able to answer my simple question about their house wine).
I suggest you keep calling over and over. When you do reach someone ask them not to put you on hold
