Why does it take 20 mins to get your food I was very unhappy about waiting for 20 min are y'all a fast food or not

I don't know why it takes 20 min but I went to a McDonald that it took me 35 min to take my order, 25mins to get my order to, they gave me someone else order

Entry level positions, if the employees were better at their jobs, they probably wouldn't be working at McDonald's 😂

I have no idea why it takes 20 something with the window could have went wrong or ordering from speaker next time just ask him why so long

Well, let me tell u. Sometimes they have to fix the screen where the orders are seen..or just because there is a lot of people in the front.
