Stopped by this location. They are only doing self service. This is not notated. 2 out of the 4 self service kiosk were not working. I waited on someone to take my order for a few minutes until I was told to use the kiosk. It was very busy but a positive was that the food didn’t take that long. And the play area is a plus.

I stood in line for over 30 minutes just ro oay for my order and to get my order number. The lady getting orders ready had no sense of urgency while there were over 30 people standing in the lobby waiting for their order. The manager and one employee was trying to do what they could to help.

My experience was good but while I was there 2 older gentlemen wanted to order. They were told to use kiosk. They didn't know how. One of the floor workers got someone to help. He told them they needed to use kiosk instead of taking their order. They just walked out. Not a good customer service experience for them. Need to have a register open.

I would avoid this one. First the lobby closes at 3pm, what mcdonalds does this !! None but this one, then theirs 2 drive thrus but they only open 1 of them so parking lot Is jam packed of cars, 1 door was unlocked and the manager says I don't know why you coming inside we ain't open anyway so you wasting your time !! Like wow ! Talk about bad customer service. Would bot recommend this location.
