The most important part - the rooms are clean and they are climate controlled by brand new heating/air conditioning units (at least the one we had). The beds were fine, and we had a decent sleep. The shower was hot, but not the best pressure. However a shower head with adjustable spray type was available. Also, a new toilet had been installed not that long ago. The bad part - the room's decor was dated. There was a slight smell of stale air, but that quickly dissipated. Parking was easy, even with our large pickup and attached trailer. No one was at the front desk when we arrived, but there was a phone to notify them of our arrival. The greeting we got was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a good place to stay, especially because it's so close to the highway.

Awful! There were wrappers from foiled candies in the corners near the bed on the floor, the towels were thread bear there were only 2. We were 2 people, not enough. No tissues, broken leg on the table that held the microwave. The bed was comfortable, but the blanket was skanky and was harsh to the touch. The ceiling light fixture was gone and there were exposed wires! One of the lamps by the bed had a blown bulb. The bathroom door did not close fully. The tub didn't drain. There was no courtesy conditioner nor shampoo. The entrance door to the room had a place for a chain, but no chain! The mirror hadn't been cleaned and had a large dirt streak across it (this was the mirror opposite the bed) the heater nor the air conditioner worked, nothing came out of it! this was room 125. The grounds and surrounding area looked nice and clean neat, trimmed and well cared for. We have stayed here before, it was never a diamond in the knights inn group, but it was never this bad! What a disappointment! I sure hope it gets better, oh, and 2 more things, when we asked about continental breakfast or morning coffee like it said in the ad, we were told no, we don't do that! Never did, so why is it advertised? Also when we went to check out at 9:30 am, the office was locked and the only person waiting there was also a guest. I expect more from this company! Please talk to these people. This motel would get a minus rating!

Room was good for a rest from driving. Things were old but clean. Good for the price.

The room was very clean, we did hear car alarms going off in the area which was a bit off-putting, but the man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. I do wish that it was a little more clear in the description that it is a motel not a hotel as the doors open onto the outside. Regardless though it was a nice room with good things like a microwave, mini fridge, and TV provided.
