The hotel itself is pretty nice. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. The room did smell a bit strange & like an old lady who smoked but wore perfume to cover it up, but it was not a super pungent smell. The free breakfast was nice and the location is nice! Tons of stores and food places nearby

Let me start off by saying this review is more for the owners of the establishment - not the staff. The staff was wonderful and so kind - especially the lady who ran the breakfast bar! The entire place just feels like a hospital/prison since it’s walls are the same colors as the floors. My room had no fire detector in the master bedroom. The pillows are the size of throw pillows on a couch. I actually stayed at another Country Inn in Virginia and it was wonderful, so I was really disappointed with this stay overall. The staff was the only part of the experience that was enjoyable.
my opinion
One of the dirtiest places I have been for a night, it was hard to find a spot that didn't have any stains or dirt/dust on it. Our room smelled when we got in, most likely mold, since the bathroom didn't have a ventilation fan that worked. Stains on the carpet were throughout the room and the hallway leading to the room. Would definitely not recommend this location.

This place is just disgusting. My family and I are traveling back home and made this place our half way stop to sleep and rest. We got two rooms, both with king beds. One room was fine but the other one had a low - battery smoke detector. The lady at the front desk, who was very nice, gave us a different room with two queen beds. In that room, the drawers were broken, it smelt like mold, and there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. My family and I decided it wouldjust be best to leave the hotel and find another one. We will never go to this hotel location again.

Not in the king room we had. There's a pool and workout room inside though
Yes, but you're limited in room selection when you have a dog. Front desk implied only the rooms with 2 queen beds on the first floor are "pet friendly".
