Whats the reason for refusing to service my car for anoil change i got there at 6.20 pm no other cars there ,and i was told they had other cars coming in .i thoughr it was first come first serve.

It iusually depends on the store management. If you complain to the corporate office, they will address the issue.

Shoot man in oil change is not hard why don't you drive the car over here to my house and I'll give it an oil change
