Extra Space Storage on Cedros in Van Nuys is clean, bright & airy with easy to access spaces. However, it's best asset is its manager, Jason Sanchez. He is polite. friendly and knowledgeable, and always upbeat with a smile. He goes over and above to help. I noticed customers stopping just to say hello or waiving at him. This - and still professional. 5 stars to the facility, 6 stars to Jason. D. Gold

This Extra Space Storage is at a good location, there's multiple route options around it's entrance direction available. Preferring to probable traffic scheduling. The open hours to access your rental unit are convenient and the pricing rates for renting a storage unit are fair. The facility is well maintained

Just have to say how amazing their customer service is at this storage facility. Jason & many others throughout the years are always quick to get back to you when you have any questions or concerns. From reminder courtesy calls & texts to make sure I won't me late helps me so so much is just one example of great service! Being a customer for over 10 years straight there's a reason I won't go nowhere else, with inflation, price of living going up & how times have gotten so hard due to COVID they really accommodated me & did their best to make sure I'm always a happy customer. I have never had any issues here & always know my belongings are very safe & secure. I appreciate how they took care of me even more today as that shows how they appreciate my loyal, long standing business with them , thanks again
