Wait for 1 hour to get to the cashier/teller, really bad customer service, big lane with 2 tellers... They need to improve definitely...

HUGE mistake!!!! Had to make deposit for a Merchant account, came into the bank from the parking lot's side and the security officer without asking any questions directed me to the line outside which was wrapped around the building. After waiting in line for 25 mins, finally reaching the window to have the teller named "Stephanie" with an odd attitude asking for identification for merchant deposit. (which please keep in mind, has never been needed previously) As a financial institution, you all need to post signs stating which areas are classified as EXITS ONLY to avoid today's situation. Also if there are any changes to your policies and facility, your customers should be notified in writing. Horrible customer service!!!! Please avoid this bank if you have to. I am going to advise our company owner to switch banks as your customer service is horrible and you guys are not concerned with your customers needs.

I wasted a lot of time to talk to teller. The tellers took way too long. They need more workers. You are serving a big amount of Hispanics who work and need faster service. You can't have only two people trying to help 30 plus people coming needing service.
